LiveMES operates under the Software as a Service (SaaS) pricing model, so there is a recurring monthly fee for the number of machines monitored by the system, with training already included from the start. Hardware can be purchased or rented separately, according to the customer’s choice.

The support and monitoring of our PMaaS (Production Manager as a Service) team works through the combination of LiveMES’ artificial intelligence (LivIA) and a multidisciplinary team of engineers who analyze the data generated by the system and investigate the main efficiency losses on your shop floor.

We started the pilot project with at least three machines monitored, so that it would be possible to compare performance between sectors and individual machines.
